Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your Shilajit or other products, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened Shilajit products cannot be returned.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

How to Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
